01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "999x" or "the Platform" means the online gaming website operated at 999x.biz, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on 999x and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on 999x, through which gaming and betting activity is conducted.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency of the 999x Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by 999x to Players, subject to specific terms at the time of offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary programme through which a Player formally requests 999x to restrict access to their account for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Services" means all cricket betting, live sportsbook, live casino, slot games, payment processing, and customer support services provided by 999x.
• "Intellectual Property" means all software, code, brand assets, game content, data, and design elements forming part of the 999x Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 999x Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 999x Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 999x. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full before using the Platform.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 999x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 999x strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person, of 999x or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated or suspended by 999x for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and current.

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 999x. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and balances therein may be forfeited.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 999x Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify 999x immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• 999x will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• 999x staff will never ask you for your password. Any communication purporting to be from 999x and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You agree to use the two-factor authentication feature available on your 999x Account and to keep your registered Pakistani mobile number current and accurate.

999x employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform sessions. However, the security of your Account also depends on the security practices you adopt on your own device and network. You accept responsibility for any activity conducted through your Account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999x Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999x supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cryptocurrency.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 999x Account balance within ten (10) seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to two (2) banking business days to reflect, depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the 999x cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• 999x does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 999x may request documentation confirming your identity, address, and source of funds before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically one (1) to three (3) banking days, depending on the payment method and any applicable verification checks.
• 999x reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed at the 999x cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

999x offers a variety of promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL-season cricket promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible games or markets before a withdrawal request will be approved. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 999x contribute equally to wagering requirements. Cricket betting, live casino tables, and slots may contribute at different rates, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not wagered to the required level within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your 999x Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus whilst an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: 999x reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has abused the promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular wagering patterns, or exploitation of technical errors.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 999x. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and casino games are published within the relevant game or market interface on the Platform.

• Cricket & Sportsbook: All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Pre-match odds are final once a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds on PSL and international cricket markets are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. 999x reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of wagering and are subject to change.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by 999x in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, pricing errors, system malfunction, or violation of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded to the Account balance at the staked amount.
• Slots & Casino Games: All slot games and live casino tables on 999x use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) audited by independent third parties. Results are final once a game round is completed and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or slot spin, 999x's server-side records will determine the outcome. 999x is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the Player's end.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999x Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any gains derived from such exploitation are subject to reversal.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the 999x Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any activity that undermines the integrity of cricket or any other sport offered on 999x.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or verification controls.

09 Responsible Gaming

999x is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. Gaming on 999x is intended as adult entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players aged 21 and above directly from the 999x Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your 999x Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined time period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single gaming session on 999x.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Formally request exclusion from the 999x Platform for a minimum of six (6) months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated duration and will be processed within 24 hours of submission.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, data, and other materials comprising the 999x Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 999x or its licensed content and technology providers. All rights are reserved.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the 999x Platform without prior written authorisation from 999x.
• The 999x brand name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, advertising, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to 999x may be used by 999x without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the submitting Player.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999x, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of or inability to access the 999x Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or game round, which is governed exclusively by the applicable game or market rules and certified RNG outcomes.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account.
• Any technical malfunction on your own device, operating system, browser, or network connection that affects your use of the Platform.

Where 999x's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your 999x Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

999x collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account on 999x, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities at 999x include:

• Identity verification and age verification using CNIC or other valid identity documents.
• Transaction monitoring for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Responsible gaming monitoring to identify Players who may require intervention or support.
• Customer support communications via Live Chat and email.

13 Amendments to These Terms

999x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the 999x Platform. Where a material change is made, 999x will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 999x Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting 999x support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999x holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999x Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 999x.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents 999x from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity.
